MINDFULNESS FOR THOSE LIVING WITH CHRONIC PAIN

26-Mar-2015

Alison recently attended this 6 day course run by Vidyamala Burch, an inspiring teacher, who found that mindfulness helped her to cope with severe pain from spinal injury. She has developed a program which has helped tens of thousands of people living with pain, illness stress and depression (visit www.breathworks-mindfulness.org.uk).

"Acupuncture combined with daily mindfulness practice should prove very beneficial for people coping with pain. The mindfulness practice can easily be fitted into  daily life requiring only a few minutes each day -and is helpful for everyone" says Alison.
