Alison recently attended this 6 day course run by Vidyamala Burch, an inspiring teacher, who found that mindfulness helped her to cope with severe pain from spinal injury. She has developed a program which has helped tens of thousands of people living with pain, illness stress and depression (visit www.breathworks-mindfulness.org.uk).
